We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. if there are any issues with the products supplied, shortages or damage to your packages please contact us by e-mail immediately.


We adhere to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and the OFT approved SafeBuy Code of Practice. This gives personal customers using this site 14 days in which to return unwanted goods for a refund. We will accept your rights to return any goods supplied provided the following conditions are met.


Almost all of our products are supplied by e-mail but if you have received a physical package the Buyer may not return goods without authorisation from educandi. Goods must be returned within 14 days to the address given by educandi. Carriage charges are not refundable. Where the customer refuses to accept a delivery, we reserve the right to charge return carriage costs at £9.95 plus VAT.


Goods including software, or video and audio recordings, can only be accepted for return if the shrink wrap or seal on the packaging of that component has not be broken. Licences cannot be returned but in some circumstances can be exchanged e.g. where a Mac licence has been ordered but Windows is required.


Goods must be undamaged and in a resaleable condition. Damaged items are not covered by this legislation and you should contact us to arrange for the replacement of the damaged goods.


Goods must be returned in the original manufacturer's boxes with all manufacturer's seals unbroken and with all shock-protection and protective packaging in place. Packaging must be undamaged and is a factor in the judgment of whether the returned goods are in a resaleable condition.


Goods must be returned at the customers cost by a recognised courier or parcel service. Proof of delivery to an authorised representative of educandi will be required. A list of authorised representatives is available on request and you must call us to obtain that list before sending goods.


The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to business to business transactions. Business customers should contact us immediately if they have ordered incorrectly or if the goods are not as expected. Returns from business customers can only be accepted by prior agreement and upon the issue of an RMA. Requests for returns must be made within 2 business days of delivery. A restocking fee may apply.
